Leaks, storm damage, replacement and roof details. Find the service that matches the work you are considering.
Explore this serviceThe short version
A ceiling leak can come from one damaged detail while the rest of the covering is sound. A roof that keeps developing new problems may need a broader plan. The first useful answer is which situation you have.
Our roofers look beyond the stain or loose shingle to the covering around it. If the roof is sound apart from one failed detail, that matters to the price and the work. If the wear runs farther, you should understand why before choosing a larger job.

For a house, start with the symptom or the project: a roof repair, replacement or help with gutters and drainage. For a business property, the roof system and the use of the building shape the scope.

A useful roofing recommendation makes the reason for the work clear.
A contained failure on a sound covering can be worth fixing without replacing the roof.
When wear or damage calls for more work, the roofer explains what a smaller patch would leave behind.
The price, materials, scope and any offered workmanship terms belong in the agreement before work begins.

How to read one
Two totals can cover different jobs. A useful proposal makes the layers, roof details and exclusions clear enough to compare.
The final quote needs measurements and a condition assessment. Aerial measurements can help establish roof area; they do not show every concealed deck problem or flashing joint.
Size, slope, roof levels and space for materials affect the work.
The proposal names what comes off and how it will leave the property.
Decking is the wood beneath the roof covering. The proposal should distinguish its repair price from the price of replacing shingles.
Product names and assembly details make the proposed system clear.
Read payment, scheduling and any warranty terms before authorizing the project.

The NOAA archive used here contains 210 hail reports and 118 thunderstorm-wind reports from 2023 through the available 2026 record. Those are reported event points within 20 miles of Sand Springs in Tulsa, Osage and Creek counties, not 328 separate storms or a count of damaged local roofs. The current year is incomplete.
For example, the record includes 1.25-inch hail reported about two miles from the city center on May 25, 2025. A nearby report gives you a date worth keeping when you noticed a change; a roofer still needs to inspect your roof. The storm history carries the dates, locations and NOAA source links.
The order of it
Start with the property and what you have noticed. You do not need a diagnosis before contacting us.
Step one
A leak, storm damage or a planned new roof gives us a starting point. Describe what you have already noticed.
Step two
The roofer walks the roof and checks the condition when access is safe for the work. The concern and surrounding details guide the look.
Step three
Our roofers explain what they found and which work would put it right. A failed pipe collar, loose flashing and worn-out shingles call for different work.
Step four
Review the proposal and scheduling before agreeing to a job. Requesting an inspection does not commit you to a replacement.
Where our roofers work
The city sits on both banks of the Arkansas River, and our roofers work north and south of it. Prattville, Angus Valley, North Sand Springs and Limestone Valley each have a page of their own, and service areas covers the rest.

Questions first
Start with a free inspection. Our roofers look at the concern and explain whether it needs a repair, further attention or no roofing work now.
Roof area, material, slope and the work beneath the covering shape the price. The roof cost calculator uses Oklahoma contractor-published rates for a planning range, with assumptions visible. Your quote comes from the actual roof and scope.
Wind can lift, crease or remove shingles; hail can damage the shingle mat and dent nearby metal. Those observations need to be assessed together. The storm record supplies reported dates and locations, not a diagnosis of your roof.
Any workmanship coverage comes from the contractor offering it, while product coverage follows the manufacturer terms. Read both before agreeing to the job. The warranty guide explains what to compare.
